SNEEK - On Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 20:00, the Sneker band SJAFT ft. Thierry Kamminga will be launching their latest single 'Later is fandaach de dach'.

The song, originally written for the New Year's revue of Sneek Skittert in celebration of the 175th anniversary of Teater Snits, was recorded at the Noorderlicht Studio.

Ode to Sneek

SJAFT pays tribute to Sneek with their new single 'Later is fandaach de dach'. The song reflects on the swift passage of time, navigating memories that traverse from the past to the present. Written by Matthie Silvius and Thierry Kamminga, the Sneker lyrics blend with the melody of the enchanting French song 'Vivre', famously performed by Ramses Shaffy in 'Laat me'. It serves as a homage to the city of Sneek and its inhabitants.
